I have some exciting news for you....Effective 4-11-2011, I have decided to accept the position of Clinical Case Manager at Leader Heights Healthcare as scheduled below....The first and only fully integrated chiropractic and medical facility in the enitre region of Southcentral PA. Through my affiliation with Dr. Carozzi, Dr. Edwards and the Professional Staff at LHH , with a combined 50+ years of professional experience, it is our intention to provide the highest quality and most comprehensive care that you deserve. Chiropractic and medicine, within one group, working together for the greater good of the patient in terms of safety, satisfaction, outcome, and overall health.
I will also continue practice at Heritage Chiropractic with a modified schedule as shown below. Every attempt will be made to see the patient on that same day based on your convenience and medical necessity.
